- This is our most popular option for patients over 60. It provides an extremely detailed look into the health of the eyes. It is chosen by patients who have signs of eye diseases such as cataracts, dry eye, diabetes, or hypertension, or have a strong family history of eye diseases that need to be closely monitored. It is for patients that need their routine eye exam but also have ongoing symptoms such as dryness, difficulty seeing at night, or floaters that they want addressed. It is also a popular option for our tech-lovers and engineers as it uses the latest in eyecare technology.

- This is our most common examination. It is chosen by patients that wear corrective lenses, have systemic disease such as diabetes or hypertension, or have a family history of eye diseases like glaucoma or macular degeneration. It is also a popular option for young patients who want baseline images of the health of their eyes to use as a reference as they get older.

- Basic visual field test
- This is our most basic eye examination. It provides a prescription if needed and screens for common eye diseases. This is typically for our patients that don’t wear glasses or contacts and have no abnormal medical history or family history of eye disease. It is most commonly used for our patients under 19. If you or your biological family members have macular degeneration (ARMD) we highly recommend NOT choosing this option.

**contact lens exam prices vary depending on your insurance company and plan, and whether you are fit into a spherical, astigmatism toric, or multifocal contact lens. As a rough estimate, spherical soft contact lens exams start at $30 additional. Toric astigmatism, monovision, and spherical rigid gas permeable hard contact lens exams start at $50 additional, and multifocal, custom soft, and toric or multifocal rigid gas permeable lenses start at $70 additional. For medically necessary contact lens exams please inquire about pricing. A glasses prescription is included with all contact lens examinations
